Effective joint regeneration using regenerating treatments and surgery
On November 26, 2016 Dr Damian Zaborowski attended the 25th Viva Health Future Congress. It was a continuation of the annual Research Seminars organised by the PGV – the R&D team from Gdańsk University of Technology. The PGV team managed by professor Andrzej Zieliński focuses on development of innovative surgical materials, products and processes. The dynamically evolving cooperation results in new research fields and projects. One of them is Guided Bone Regeneration System (GBR), or a temporomandibular implant developed with Bordeaux University.
One of the presentations addressed the use of adipose derived stem cells (ADSC) in reconstructive surgery in orthopaedics.
