I promote personalized approach to nourishment. I often use advanced diagnostics such as food sensitivity tests, intolerances, genetic testing, intestinal microflora tests. I work in Instytut Coachingu Zdrowia i Żywienia (the Nourishment and Health Coaching Institut) in Warsaw. I also cooperate with Instytut Mikroekologii in Poznań (theMicroecology Institute) in the scope of food hypersensitivity research.
I hate diets which involve obeying strict rules, counting calories and portions. Food should not only deliver vital substances but also be a great pleasure. I am trying not to forget about it while preparing dietary recommendations.
