It is time to regenerate joints that went through a lot

I am undertaking a complex programme that is to repair my joints.  I had cervical spine operation but I will discuss it later.  Below, you may watch a clip showing the use of Platelet Rich Plasma and Hyaluronic Acid in shoulder bones reconstruction treatment.  I have to admit that my shoulders worked hard for my whole life and they need treatment.  To be honest, the treatment was painful but I bore the pain very bravely.

Regeneration is a process, so I am waiting for its effects.
